In the Media

On September 16th 2017 I gave a mini-lecture on how to use our ability to (mentally) travel through time to increase our health and wellbeing at the Night of the Arts and Knowledge in Leiden’s Botanical Gardens. A brief impression of the spectacular event can be found on Youtube. I was also interviewed by Radio Sleutelstad (the Leiden local Radio Station).

October 1st, 2020: EenVandaag interviewed me for an item on the new law that requires the plain packaging of cigarettes. In it, the link between packaging and identity of the smoker is discussed. June 26th, 2019: We, a consortium chaired by the Leiden University Medical Center, received the news that our project “Perfect Fit” for digital lifestyle coaching was granted by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO):

On April 9th, 2019 Janice Sandjojo successfully defended her PhD thesis on Self-Management interventions for people with intellectual disabilities. A nice video (in Dutch) was made to explain the intervention and the evaluation study.
